Intellectual property, includes, but is not limited to computer or software code, scripts, design elements, graphics, interactive features, artwork, text communication, tracker libraries, script libraries, trade Secret, and any other content or work product that may be found in the Services. The Services are the intellectual property of the Developer and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws. The Secret Revealer Product Privacy Statement is subject to and incorporated into this EULA. By downloading, installing and using the Services, you agree to the terms of this EULA. This EULA supersedes any other agreement or understanding with respect to its subject matter.
License This Secret Revealer End-User License Agreement (the “EULA” or “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Andrea Millozzi (the “Developer”), the IT-based legal owner of the Developer’s products and services - together with any successor Secret Revealer extensions, the “Services” -, and provides the terms and conditions by which you may use the Services, including any associated media, scripts, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation.
